Overview
We are excited to invite you to the 2025 BKBG Shareholder Summit, held at the fabulous Gaylord Rockies in Denver, Colorado. This annual event is a cornerstone of the BKBG experience—bringing together Members from across the country for connection, education, and strategic growth. From dynamic educational sessions to meaningful peer-to-peer engagement, this conference is designed to deliver the tools and insights you need to elevate your business.
Both conference days (September 11-12) will be packed with activities, so please plan to stay through the end of the day on September 12 and avoid booking return travel until September 13.
Cost
We strongly encourage all Shareholders to register today for the Conference. There is no need to wait until you book your flights and hotel room as this event is mandatory for all Shareholders to attend. Please note that you will be charged a $500 late registration fee if you do not register by July 15.
Accommodations
Get ready to experience the stunning beauty of the Rocky Mountains at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Denver, Colorado. This impressive property offers sweeping views of Colorado’s Front Range and combines rustic charm with modern luxury. With its thoughtfully designed guest rooms, expansive meeting spaces, and top-tier amenities—including a spa, multiple dining options, and a relaxing indoor/outdoor pool—this resort creates the perfect backdrop for a productive and memorable conference.
BKBG has secured a room block for conference attendees from Thursday, September 11 through Saturday, September 13. If you wish to extend your stay prior to this date, please note that availability is extremely limited. Single and double rooms within the block are priced at $259 per night plus tax and fees.
RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE BY August 20 to be eligible for BKBG’s discounted rates. Book your hotel today!
Cancellation Policy
All BKBG members are required to attend the Conference. Shareholders who fail to attend the conference without an excused absence from the BKBG Chair will forfeit rebates for that year up to $5,000. Full refunds will be made for additional representatives if received in writing by August 16. Refunds will not be issued after August 16, 2025.
No refunds will be provided if you have reserved a room at the hotel and have not canceled in accord with the hotel’s cancellations and refund schedule. Rooms at the hotel that have been booked under the BKBG contract rate that are canceled after the above-referenced dates have the potential to prevent BKBG from meeting its contracted guarantees at the host hotel therefore subjecting BKBG to significant financial penalties.
