2024 Conference Recap

The 2024 BKBG Annual Conference brought the BKBG community together at the fabulous Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Hotel in San Diego with a laser focus on growing relationships and working together to bring about a brighter tomorrow. The Conference Committee, under the superb leadership of Eddie Casanave (Distinctive Remodeling) exceeded everyone’s expectations with enhanced events, networking opportunities, and invaluable roundtable discussions.

Round Tables Peer Group Roundtables are consistently rated as one of the most valuable benefits of Conference attendance. Roundtables provide the unique opportunity for BKBG Shareholders to network with peers in different marketing territories with similar business models to discuss strategies, common problems and opportunities.
	Rotations Rotations are another invaluable Conference benefit. They provide Shareholders and Product Partners with face-to-face meetings to discuss strategies, trends, performance and goals for the coming year.
Keynote Robert Stevenson presented the keynote address, providing practical wisdom Shareholders and Product Partners could immediately use to effectively face challenges, difficulties, and setbacks and offered a proven framework for acheiving your peak performance.
	It's Five O'clock Somewhere BKBG celebrated the life and legacy of Jimmy Buffet with a Margaritaville Party complete with a photo booth, cheeseburgers in paradise, and of course margaritas. Many BKBG Conference attendees embraced the spirit of laid back coastal living by dressing in their favorite resort wear and enjoying the live steel drum band that played throughout the event.
Awards Dinner The Annual BKBG Awards Dinner recognized Weiler's Kitchen & Bath Design Center as the Shareholder of the Year, Cabinetworks as the Product Partner of the Year, Locallogy as Affinity Partner of the Year, and announced the winners of the 2024 BKBG Design Contest. BKBG also honored retiring Board members for their service to the organization.
