We find that natural materials are popular with homeowners (in name of service territory) for their new bathrooms.  The materials may include stone, wood and metals available in a multitude of colors, shapes and textures.  Equally attractive and on trend are backlit mirrors that glow around the perimeter, providing ambient light for the space. Almost all backlit mirrors offer an antifog, magnification and different light settings that make applying makeup, shaving or grooming for a day or night on the town a pleasure.

Patterned and texture tiles and wall coverings are additional hot trends in bathroom design and aesthetics.  For homeowners (in name of service territory) patterned and textured tiles and wall coverings provide interest and dimension to the bath.

Other popular bath trends include:

  • Oversized tiles
  • Wallpaper
  • Black accents and plumbing fixtures
  • Colorful palettes, especially in the shower and with vanities
